Story:
Claire， the daughter of the previous king， is said that she was executed during the coup-d’etat of Musanga， but she was actually alive! She is Lovely-Girl Phantom Thief Cats-Lady. She steals from Musanga the dictator and gives all of the treasures to help the poor children. One day， Cats-Lady sneaks into the Art Museum to steal the treasure named ’Tear of the Valkyrie’. In order to steal the treasure without the knowledge of guards， Cats-Lady takes Inspector Marco home with her. Although Marco used to abhor Cats-Lady， he decides to betray Musanga after hearing about her background. And with his help， Cats-Lady is able to sneak into the palace but there awaits a slimy trap. Will she be able to endure the humiliating punishments?
